Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping with the goal of packing and dispatching your order within 2-5 business working days. Delivery costs will be determined at checkout.

Orders placed on or before UK public/bank holidays will be dispatched promptly. 

Any orders shipped outside the UK will be subject to customs fees imposed by the destination country's government.

The customs fees are calculated independently by the customs authority of the destination country. The courier will inform you of the specific customs charge once your order reaches your country's border.

Regrettably, we are unable to provide estimates for these individual costs beforehand. Should you be charged at customs, the payment of this fee is required for the release of your order by your country's border control.

We also advise you to carefully review your customs invoice upon receipt to verify that the charges levied are accurate before going ahead with a payment.
